Terms & Conditions

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date. The deposit amount will be communicated at the time of booking.
• The remaining balance is due on or before the date of the session unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Your session date is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the session date may receive a deposit credit toward a future session, at our discretion.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the session date will forfeit the deposit.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
• GR Creative Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduled date will be offered.

• Sessions begin at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without a reduction in price.
• We reserve the right to use our professional judgment in determining the best poses, locations, lighting, and compositions.
• We cannot guarantee specific results, as photography depends on variables including weather, lighting, and cooperation of subjects.

• Edited images will be delivered digitally within the timeframe specified in your service agreement (typically 2–4 weeks).
• Clients receive a personal, non-commercial license to use delivered images for personal purposes (printing, social media, sharing with family).
• Commercial use of images requires written permission from GR Creative Studio.
• GR Creative Studio retains full copyright of all photographs. Raw/unedited files are not provided.
• We reserve the right to use photographs from sessions for our portfolio, website, social media, and promotional materials, unless the client opts out in writing prior to the session.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

• GR Creative Studio is not liable for any loss of images due to equipment failure, memory card corruption, or events beyond our control. In such rare circumstances, our liability is limited to a refund of the session fee paid.
• We carry professional liability insurance for all sessions.
• We are not responsible for the actions or safety of session participants at chosen locations.
